Server & Employee of the Month:
Every month the management team selects a server and an employee who has gone above and beyond for their location. These two employees receive a check, recognition at the pre-shifts that are held before every shift change, and a nameplate that goes on a perpetual plaque that is hung in every locations foyer. Once chosen as a server or employee of the month they are eligible for their locations server or employee of the year. This employee receives a check, a weekend getaway, an invitation to the companies Employee Appreciation banquet and the opportunity to be chosen Super Server and Super Employee of the Year, which is only given to two employees out of almost one thousand current employees.

The two employees chosen as Super Server and Super Employee receive a week’s all-inclusive vacation for two to Cancun, Punta Cannas or a location of their choice instead of the weekend getaway.

The Super Server for 2005 was Donna Dumas from our Woonsocket location, our Super Employee for 2005 was Jess Countie from the Waterfront. In addition, Jim Foshey was named General Manager of the Year, he also receives an all-inclusive trip.
