MATT BIBEAULT
BANQUET CHEF
A lifelong resident of Rhode Island, Matt graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Providence Rhode Island with an AOS in Culinary Arts.
Matt has worked for The Embassy Club in Woonsocket RI, Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro MA, Boston Marriot Newton and Chan’s Fine Oriental Dinnng. Matt has also worked in sales to the food service industry for BattleGreen Foods.
Matt has been employed by Chelo’s since 1984. He was hired as a cook in the Woonsocket Unit and progressed into management. He has worked in various capacities for Chelo’s including Cook, Server, Manager, Banquet Chef and Corporate Chef.
Matt resides in Woonsocket; RI is married and has 2 children.
